OT's and COTA's: by attending this workshop and signing up for Certification on the website you will get 8 CEU's and you will be Florida state approved to use prescription devices (E-Stem and Ultrasound). REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop (if necessary) up to 30 days before the scheduled date. Full tuition will be promptly refunded. Incidental expenses such as non-refundable airfares will not be reimbursed. Registration may be cut off at any time when all seats have been reserved, so register early! REFUNDS: A full refund will be given up to 35 days before the seminar date. Within 35 days of the seminar date, a $60.00 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be given 10 days before the workshop. In the event of cancellation due to natural catastrophe or other unforeseeable circumstances, refunds or rescheduling will be made at the discretion of Vanguard Workshops.
